About these terms

These terms cover your use of Glow Up 90, a coaching service on WhatsApp run by 3LD Ltd (company number SC906404, registered office 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP). By sending GLOW or LEAN you agree to them. Contact us at hello@glow90.co.uk.

What you get

The coach is automated. It follows a set plan and may use an AI model to answer short questions. You can reach a person at hello@glow90.co.uk.

Not medical advice

The programme covers general, beginner-level skincare, makeup, exercise and eating habits. It isn’t medical, dietary or professional advice and isn’t tailored to any health condition. Check with a GP before starting a new exercise routine if you have any health concerns, stop any activity that causes pain, and patch-test new skincare products. We don’t promise any particular result.

You must be 18 or over

You confirm you’re 18 or over when you start. If we think you’re under 18 we’ll close your account.
